Welcome to Stratovia Consulting. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Stratovia Consulting provides professional business consulting services as outlined in individual service agreements. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated therein. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, frameworks, and deliverables created by Stratovia Consulting remain the intellectual property of Stratovia Consulting until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stratovia Consulting's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
